Can I just say...that was fucking impressive and I am absolutely delighted, fucking delighted  that we shut up these fuckers particularly recovering from a bad start. It's made my day, week and all else. There is nothing more to besaid. thank you Villa boys.

We deserved the 3 points, we didn't get away with anything.

I’m glad we have the best goalie in the world.
3 points are largely in part thanks to his brilliance

This Villa team is still learning and evolving  and there are certainly going to be games like today's when we look all over the place and with the genius we now have in charge you just know that these types of performances are going to be ironed out, slowly but surely.  Hang on in there folks, there's something special happening down the Villa.

An early birthday present for me, thanks Villa.
Many happy returns Dave. You deserve this.

Yep Dave, patience is a virtue! Hope like me you see some glory in our twighlight years

We really need an upgrade on Cash , and Diaby needs to have a good look at himself he simply isn't doing it lately
Not every player can DO IT every week. He's important part of out set up, and other teams a worried sick of him.

If you mean Diaby, he hasn’t done it for a few weeks

Bailey was mostly shite when he arrived. Now he's one of our most effective attacking forces.

Diaby's got bags of talent, he'll be fine.

Absolute smash and grab, given how poor we were in the first half. Substitutions made a big difference and thought we were unlucky not to get an extra couple
The first bit doesn't relate to the rest of your post or the game I watched.

I wasn't expecting that after 10 minutes to be honest. An inspired pair of subs which not many managers at 1-1 away from home at half time would have had the imagination to have  done. Our best win of  the season for me.

Stevie Wonder, or maybe even Dean Smith, would have been able to see that those changes were needed at half time. Credit to Emery for making the changes but he was only correcting his tactical and selection errors in the first place. There was no reason to start Carlos today

Maybe you should have a good word with yourself. He’s young, it’s his first season, he’s played mostly well, sometimes brilliantly, other times it’s not happened.
