This is not Bailey's one in ten game.

It would be so Villa to go from averaging three goals a game to going on a goal drought.

Teams are watching and adapting.  We need another option somewhere (not sure where but I'm sure Emery does!)

This is where a more physical player up front will be useful, hopefully Duran can be that option.

No chance! Haven’t you heard? He’s been caught keying Emery’s car and trying to fight the North Stand so now he’ll never play again.

too much overplaying , too many touches , times Villa should have shot insted of being clever .

Mcginn, Bailey and Diaby culprits of it.

Wouldn't mind seeing either Moreno or Cash on at HT.

We look pretty good when we actually try to attack, albeit the final ball slightly lacking. Looks a bit ponderous otherwise. Would like to see us move the ball a bit quicker and put them under sustained pressure. I think the game is there for the taking. Maybe swap Moreno for Digne and give Bailey a boot up the arse to make his passing more precise.

Started brightly but then have regressed into playing at the slow tempo that suits the game they are trying to play.  Bailey has been woeful and given the ball.away pretty much every time he has had it.

I think Unai is trying to find the pattern when to use Bailey and when Zaniolo

And Id like us to get the crosses in quicker , did it early and got the disallowed goal but messed around too much as the game went on .

Think we've looked susceptible at CB. Cash on for either Lenglet or Carlos

I'm still not sure about the explanation of the disallowed goal being the same phase?

Looking at 2 of the Jackson goals for Chelsea on Monday were they not in the same phase then?

We need to up the tempo more. The play has really slowed for the last 15 minutes. AZ have come into it a bit in the last 10 minutes.

Pretty poor half to be honest. Trying to be too clever up front, and a bit sloppy at the back.

Been well on top until last 5 mins

Someone said Tielemans playing well
Not really.

Disagree, think he was fine as was Kamara.

Bailey and Diaby have been where it has broken down.

Didn’t see a problem with Jackson’s goals, but I thought following the Mings rule change after Man City away, Bailey was played onside by the defender deliberately touching the ball to stop Ollie’s header?
