Some research undertaken shows that Az are referred to Kaaskoppen or De Kaasboeren.
My understanding of Dutch is only basics but some help in researching online to discover they are called Cheese Heads or Cheese Farmers.

435 tickets left, with beat availability in the upper Holte where unused season tickets have gone on sale.

Assuming they've sold out, capacity will be around 40,000, so a big crowd to be on.

I was surprised they didn't sell out when we played them.

Also note that you can purchase tickets in the upper away end for the Fulham game.

Imagine if we had a 5.45 KO - i doubt many teams would sell out with that ridiculous time

It's 18:45 in Alkmaar.
I'm just excited it's European football at Villa Park!
That 545pm time would be nice time for me if I was attending as a kick off time suitable in winter for weather, and regards any safety concerns and travel. Excuse the selfishness tone of the post.
I'd love to go and experience the European night atmospheres but I don't care to be out late nights, and travelling back to London on trains without assistance is out of the question for me.
And I'm unable to stay over on this occasion as that's what I like to do before and  made a weekend of it. The Club have been able to accommodate when I request attendance and  given a great location and seating arrangements as have couple of other Prem teams with contacts I have.

So tomorrow I make do with watching on the screen, cheering on and being able to pause and evaluate things while still staying warm and safe indoors away from the trouble that regrettably still exists in and around football matches. Especially these European ones. It may be only a minority but it's sad.

Fingers crossed that by spring and the latter stages, I'll be able to attend a major match! That's my hope.
Best wishes to all attending tomorrow
Glory to Villa!

Moreno possibly playing tomorrow and Duran back and available.

This is quite a big game in terms of this competition.  If us and Warsaw win or even if they draw tomorrow night then it puts us in a strong position with us only really needing a point from the last two games to qualify out of the group.

A draw wouldn't be the worst result for them, so I imagine they will try and keep it tight.

Emery says he had doubts over tomorrow's starting 11. He's not clear on who he wants to play, but it's not the players he has doubts over, he wants to be "clinical" in his decision.

Sounds good, I guess?

BBC says Durán is still out?

Think I’d go with

                           Martinez

Cash.                Konsa.      Torres.    Moreno

                           Kamara.   Luiz

     McGinn                           Tielemans

                                                   Diaby

                             Watkins

3-1 (Watkins, Diaby, Tielemans)

I would be going as strong as it is possible to go tomorrow night without risking anyone with knocks etc.  Would probably look at bringing Moreno on rather than starting him.

It could be a key game in terms of the competition and one we really could do with winning.

I think he'll put Llneglet in as he looked extremely comfortable in the away game and Tielemans in a further forward role behind Watkins and Diaby.

Tielemans was great in the away leg. If he does start him I just hope he doesn't do a disappearing act. Time for him to step up and force his way in or he could be on the casualty list come the January transfer window.

Expect Bailey, Tielemans & Lenglet to get a start.

Still got a couple spare tickets for this. One is an under 14 ticket. Free to a good home.

I'd rather be a Sugarbag.
