Erm…did you miss the bit where he couldn’t get into a Japanese league team. And you expect him to be able to keep up at PL level and in European competition?

Ahh ok well I can dream
I've always rated him.

I wonder if there are current players we may look to take on.

I only saw him play live once, against Brasil in the 2013 Confederations Cup final. Even though Spain lost, it was incredible to watch his touch.

I think we should bring in Charlie Adam for a trial.

I have done some research and ZED FC and Vitória Sport Clube are also clubs that have linkages to Villa.
So that's Japan, Egypt and Portugal who all have some of the most talented players in their region.

That doesn't seem likely. I think we'd have heard about those links before now if they existed.

Did your research involve reading the press release in the first post of this thread that mentions both of those teams as existing partners?

Can you find out if the Pope is a Catholic for me? I’m not as good at research as you.

I assume they don't travel to away games by helicopter.

One of my favourite ever things is that the name for a helicopter originates from Helico (for circular rotating wings) and Pter (the Latin for flying wings - as in Pterodactyl). So should technically be pronounced helico-pter not helicopter.
