Season Ticket move
« on: October 03, 2023, 09:45:33 PM »
I find it harder to stand continiously in the narrow gang ways in the Holte.  How do I go about for next season now getting a seat in the Trinity even top tier

If you renew before the deadline, you normally have a window to move seats after the deadline has passed. Its normally a weekend and only done over the phone. You'd have to pay the difference if you are moving to a higher price band.

You might be able to move mid-season too. Might be worth speaking to a human at the ticket office?

I’d second that, for all the rules, they are their to be broken and put welfare safeguarding first, have you had any joy/need any contacts at the club?

I moved my seat this summer. I had to renew first before calling the ticket office during the relocation window. In truth I found it a ball-ache. A twenty minute call (I had to give up to carry on working) was followed by a lunchtime call. I was cut off at exactly 1pm (their lunchtime). I ended up getting through on the tea-time after about 45 minutes on hold.

I have previously moved mid-season also, but that was about twenty years ago so I can't remember how that went, and the experience is likely irrelevent now anyway.

Good luck.
