Still no Moreno on the bench. We'll never see him again.

Also not a terribly impressive looking bench. JJ aside.

I just worry that we'll struggle to play out of our half with this set-up, I really do.

Bench looks a lot better to me.

And JJ back, it’s looking positive

I love these type of comments as they're invariably followed by a thumping 3-0 home win. :)

Let's be brave on the ball and no silly mistakes.  They're a good side but so are we.  FTF.

Not when you do that to follow up you shiftless hubristic monster! Now the gods are going to shit all over us and they'll just say, like Athena said to Arachne, 'now look what you made me do'.

First goalscorer Hinshelwood (who?)

From the BBC

"The 18-year-old midfielder comes from a long line of footballers, including his dad Adam, who made 100 league appearances for the club during the Withdean era, before turning to coaching and management.

Jack’s great grandfather Wally played for Fulham, Chelsea, Reading and Bristol City. Wally’s sons Paul and Martin both played for Crystal Palace, with Martin going on to coach and manage the Albion.

Martin’s son Danny, who is Jack’s uncle, also played for Albion and Portsmouth."

Options limited for sure but Zaniolo completely unbalances the team. Be interesting to see if McGinn is back in his best position on the right.

The Villa Instagram posting the team news in Arabic has triggered a few.
