A lot, if not most, hotels have rooms with a mass of screens showing just about every sporting event than can be bet on. There will also be a load of Sports Bars with multiple screens. West Ham should be a doddle as it's the only PL game, Warsaw may be a bit harder to find.

Can't assist with a location, but Conf league is on Paramount+ (streaming) and EPL on USA/NBC or Peacock (streaming) if that helps.
