150th Anniversary
« on: September 09, 2023, 06:35:00 PM »
Erm... anyone heard about any plans the club have to celebrate this? It's barely a year away now. I presume they'll be doing something. Hopefully with a bit more energy and enthusiasm to it than the Villa Park 100th effort.

Does anyone have clear memories of how the 100th was celebrated. I only have the vaguest memory of it going on and recall photos of it featuring on the programmes of the time, along with the kid singing and the bloke wearing about 357 different bits of Villa merch simultaneously...

Erm, OK. Seems a bit strange to be discussing a future event in the memories section...?
