AV84, yes, Emery said it was just a small hamstring injury so, I doubt we will ever see him playing again for Villa!!

He'll be like a new signing when he comes back in January.

Have we gotten any info on Carlos' injury? I know he's out for this weekend but I've been away this week and haven't been keeping up with the news, do we know what's wrong with him?

He passed away peacefully on Tuesday.

Diegone Carlos. :(

Nice. Hoping we'll have Watkins back with his shooting boots, Diaby on full speed and a cameo from our big Italian international, Nicolò Zaniolo. No defensive cock ups, the midfield rock hard, Emi bored and a 4-0 Villa victory.
Time to step it up a gear.

Surprised no one's really putting Lenglet in their line ups. Been with us a few weeks now and ultimately played 30 odd times for Spurs last season so he does have the experience in prem that Pau is currently learning.

Can save Torres for europe and perhaps return for Chelsea.

Given the injuries at the back that would seem a logical choice as Palace is sort of game where you can get away with a few steady eddies across the pitch.

I think it's just a joke that we always say players will be out for a week or two and then we don't see them for months.

Would imagine Donk in recent times is only one who really fits that description as Moreno had to have surgery so he was always going to be out for 3-4 months. Same for Ramsey breaking his foot in June so good news he is seemingly only a few weeks away from back in full training.

My love is dead?
I hope so, we buried him last week!

Oh, no. What did he die of
He died of a Tuesday.
