Ahh street food  -  the modern "seen you coming" emperors new clothes.

We did a load of work for a macaroni-based street food vendor - loads of good reviews, decent following and ultimately bought out by an investor.

However, when asking him about how he made it, expecting a story about handed-down recipes from an Italian grandmother - he told me "nah, we just buy 3kg bags of macaroni from Bookers"

Let me take you by the hand and lead you through the streets of Digbeth and Hockley, I値l show you something to make you change your mind.

Buddha Belly, Original Patty Men, Flying Cows, Meat Meets Bun.

Agreed, we are lucky to have some amazing ones local to us, but I知 not overly confident the club will pick the quality ones.

Not a chance the club will use an established DDC vendor, they値l do it in house, and it値l be like the dinner hall in Butlins.

Probably best if supporters refused to get compromised in this way - and insist on meaningful two way communication - but people like to claim they are in the know and feel important I guess.

Shout for The Meat Shack too, better than the Patty Men in my book.

Apparently the club have to give their say so. Which to me is a load of bollocks.
