Have any of the senior executive team ever left their comfy seats in the middle of the Trinity on match day to actually experience the garbage service and facilities that we get game after game.  They should all be sent out onto the various concourses with ‘shopping lists’ and see how they view the queues, the dirtyness, the awful service provided after doing that.

Charge premium prices then should provide premium services.

Have to say the bar in the lower holte where you tap your card, walk in and help yourself is pretty good for speed. Run out of food last night but it was pretty busy.

I pre ordered a pint of shite lager for half time in the lower holte. I went down on 39 mins (I know this offends some people) and they had ran out of lager..,.before half time.

I obviously wouldn’t want this individual point raised, but it’s synonymous with the continued rubbish facilities and service. The innovations in the lower holte are better, but its like progress from really shite to just shite. Can you ask will there ever be proper service improvement? And without a huge rise in prices that we apparently asked for.

Why is it that for 149 years we haven't been able to get a pie and a pint in a timely and professional fashion?

west ham united have also got a betting sponsor, however they sell sponsor less shirts for adults. this was originally introduced following comments from local muslim supporters as gambling is forbidden, but also west ham wore sponsor less shirts in european competition as well (as will we).

question is why there is no option of a sponsor less shirt for adults from villa, given the circumstances are very similar?

I imagine the answer is contractual.

Can they name any other business that treats its most loyal customers with such contempt?
The Airlines, we are the Ryanair of Match Day experience.

I can put up with poor service if I’m getting transported to another country a few times a year for £29, but not when I’m paying Villa’s prices. Mind you both let you queue jump for an extra fee.

I ordered my 10 year old a GK shirt with his name on nearly a month ago - not even a hint of when it will be delivered. It's nearly three weeks past his birthday now.

They don't seem to be very good at sticking names and numbers on quickly, the home shirt (name and number free) came very quickly.

The only minutes I've seen are from Scott on VT, about halfway down this page: https://www.villatalk.com/topic/24408-fans-advisory-board-meeting-16th-september/page/8/

Sounds like things are getting a bit fractious, understandably.

A very understated description of a right old ding dong by the sound of it, well done him.
