Why isn't Zaniolo playing?

Rufused to play. He's pissed off up Broad St on the lash.

Zaniolo isn't playing because he's in the studio for the TV coverage.

Duran needs to score a couple here to convince a lot of people to stop worrying about signing another striker.

Saw that earlier, but didn't want to say. :)

No Martinez on the bench. Do we know if he's likely to be fit for Liverpool?

I doubt it makes any difference, there was absolutely no need to include him tonight, even if he was fully fit.

I like th emix of that team and hope this is a sign of the sort of setup we'll see in the early rounds of the Carabao cup as well.

I did read a quote from Emery from last sunday posted by someone on another board ... saying that it was about days for him like after some days he would ready again ish, so if that is reliable he should be ready for coming Sunday.

Will be interesting to see the midfield three of Kamara, Luiz and Tielemans, how it is set up and how it will work out.
