I imagine we will see Donk and Youri in double pivot, Chambers somewhere and maybe big Jhon and Leon up front.

I think it'll be something close to this. Easily enough to beat them lot.

Why do we need a strong team leading 5-0? If you’re advocating making changes at 60 min to a strong team then why not make those same changes leading at HT of the tie leading 5-0?

More than enough there to go through as Sunday is far more important.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Kellyman start and maybe 1 or 2 outfield youngsters on the bench but I don’t take Emery as the type who will fill the match day squad with young players.

Also how many young players do we actually have at the moment that would be near starting with the first team? Feels like we cleared most of them out. Kellyman is, I think, the only one left who was on the US trip. He was in training with the first team this week. And was it Feeney was with them last week and on the bench for Burnley?

I mean, if there was ever a game to do it, this would be it.

Funny one tonight - as long a we don't lose I don't really care and it should be treated as a glorified friendly

Even if we lose we're still through unless they do a 0-6 funeralling.

I think the team below is enough to get a win.

I would keep the pairing of Carlos and Torres, only because they probably need more game time together. Other than that, why take the risk with injuries playing a strong side?

Olsen

Chambers
Carlos
Torres
Revan

Tielmanns
Dendoncker
Kellyman

Bailey

just caught a train down from Glasgow but had to jump onto the Edinburgh train at Preston to finish the journey home. Full of green tops.

Agreed, certainly enough to go through. Prefer to rest as many of the first choice player as possible for Sunday.

The "match pack" on the official site says under "team news" that Emery may look to rotate his lineup "with Nicolo Zaniolo among those pushing for minutes after a strong debut at Burnley". 😬

It mentions Martinez as having missed the weekend but doesn't say whether he's fit now or not.

Omari Kellyman. Kadan Young. Josh Feeney. Kerr Smith. Rory Wilson.

All good enough to face Hibernian for at least 45 mins.
