If the defence step up to the challenge of Mings not playing then I see us winning comfortably. It’s a big ‘if’ although I’m sure Unai has got a plan.

We should win this, just a little worried that a certain Ashley Young may come back to haunt us.

I think we can all look forward to another ticket price hike next season as they are continually showing they are clueless with any way other than ticket prices to get the 40k+ attending to part with their money.

In the case they’ve forgotten we have one of our own club representatives playing in a World Cup Final at 11am….instead of announcing less facilities at the last minute they should have been trying to get people there early to watch the game whilst availing themselves of the Villa Park facilities :-)

Sure they’ll announce something nearer the time….or maybe not.

I don’t for a minute think they want to improve anything either…if there was any inclination it could have been easily done at any time…service, quality, cleanliness, product range for all in every area of the ground is not difficult if managed correctly.

Are we really not showing the WC final in any part of the ground tomorrow? What about the concourses?

Good way to alleviate pressure and the bottleneck of fans that take ages to get into the ground.

Few times I was up in the Upper Holte in Witton corner and was still watching queues of fans trying to get into the Witton lower after the game had kick off and I know from experience it's exactly the same trying to get into the North Stand for many games.

If World cup final goes into extra time more likely then there's going to be a last minute rush to get in.

Errr...

Trinity forecourt is pretty tight for space so will create plenty of congestion from those coming from the North Stand side.

Was more on about the TVs in the actual concourses and the ones in the Car Parks, that would work better.

Today is 30 years since the passing of our European Cup-winning manager, Tony Barton. Thanks for the star!

A season-starting 6-2 would be nice
