Why mention him at all in relation to Bailey? Bailey is going into his third season and some fans are still not convinced. That's fine, I get that. Tielemans plays the second half in his first game and your response is that he wasn't much better. Weird.

Anyway, let's leave it at that shall we?

It's not weird, it's factually correct and relevant to the thread topic.

I was talking about Tielemans being an obvious replacement in the starting line up for this weekend, when based off last weekend everyone was shit. So from a managers point of view its unlikely to be as clearcut as "we all hate Bailey, let's drop him for Tielemans." That's all I said, but you decided a few days ago that I hate Tielemans and feel the need to challenge me everytime (twice) I've mentioned him since.

So yeah, leave your imaginary vendetta at that.

After such an awful result last week (which I maintain flattered the shit out of Saudi Arabia) we need to get back on track.  I don't think it'll be as easy as some hope, because it very rarely is in this league, but I think we will bounce back with a win.

Agreed, a clean sheet and a 2 or 3-0 win would do nicely.

We need a win of any sorts to lift the mood. It already feels like its been a very long week. Hopefully the players are foaming at the mouths ready for Sunday

An outbreak of rabies at Bodymoor Heah is the last thing we need.

Some nice finishing from several players in training. Let's hope even half of them can do it at the weekend.

Coots looked the best player there.

Yes, but it is more like a ´five a side´ which suits his style.

I bet Coutinho is ridiculously good in those 5-a-side sessions.

I'd struggle to be the cameraman filming it, let alone actually playing.

I could definitely put the balls in the thing that shoots them at the keepers.

I like to watch training clips like that, and suspend my disbelief on transfer prices and agents and careers and the pressure and trappings and just imagine that it's a bunch of mates, meeting up for a five a side with the players and coaches encouraging each other.

Did I imagine it or did Coutinho even make Bailey look good in those clips. Perhaps Coots is the key to unlocking everything.
