I wonder if giving a number to Tim Iroegbunam means that he will stay & offer cover & competition to Kamara?

He is the top prospect on my list when it comes to all of the academy graduates around first team age, so I am hopeful that is the case.

Its very disappointing to see Aaron Ramsey not be given a number as that means he is 100% off & I think that is a mistake.

But whats done is (almost) done.

I have said my piece & I will leave it at that for the now.

Hopefully in 12 months I will be eating humble pie with a side salad of humility on the matter & I will welcome the several "I told you so's" that will no doubt be coming my way...

Hope number 8 isn't cursed. Sanson, El Ahmadi, Ireland...

Ireland was 9 and then 7....which I know averages out to 8

My mistake, some smoke got in my eyes.

Only changes for players who had a number last year are Digne (27 to 12 - previously used that at Everton so probably a personal favourite) and Duran (22 to 24 - no idea why - possibly Zaniolo).
