I can see Scotland calling up Wilson at this rate. He's got to be better than Che Adams and Lyndon Dykes.

5-1 Villa. Half an hour to play. Rory Wilson hattrick and former Baggie Jameldeen Jimoh with the other.

Baggies had a man sent off towards the end of the first half.

I think you and I are better than that pair, Clampy!

As I said in the week, Wilson is far too good to be playing U18 level. 9 in 5 at that level this season.

no, but I could see him making the bench later in the season

Not sure I can see him making an Emery bench that soon.

He clearly needs to be bumped up to the U21s to see how he can do at that level.

If he carries on doing well there, it's a loan move next.

Kellyman is only four months older than Rory, so it won't be an age thing that stops him getting first-team exposure. I suspect he's just not as physically developed as a few other 17/18-year-olds right now.  I've only seen VillaTV highlights, and he still looks quite lightwieght (if quite tall), which is fine, obviously, for a 17 year old.  He's clearly showing he has a lot of natural talent, and as he physically develops he'll get his chances.  A regular in the U21s by the end of the season.  Maybe a loan next season if he's filled out a bit?

Under 21's lost 3-2 having squandered a 2-0 lead and Sunderland scoring a late winner when we were down to 10 men. Ealing sent off for a heavy tackle.

Richards and Feeney our goalscorers. The latter being from a corner.
