I'll wait for the Daz Woolley review first. Even if it's only one word and effusive.

Just Stop Oil may not approve of the title but will approve of the co-author.

Anyone remember him appearing on The Big Breakfast with Zig & Zag? Bit random to say the least.

Anyone remember his rather politically incorrect comments on the '93-94 season review video, being interviewed about the Tranmere goal?

Not quite Ron Atkinson, but I remember even as a naive eleven year old being surprised that it had made the final cut.

Oh yes (or Oh No! really)

I know he's a Villa cult hero, but that book must have rather limited general appeal otherwise, surely?

How many would he expect to sell?  A couple of hundred?

That's a relief. I hit post and then had a minor panic attack that I'd misremembered and I was about to cancel Shaun Teale.

I spoke to Teale last season and he mentioned he was writing a book. He reckons he’s gonna slaughter Ron Atkinson in it. Suffice to say they didnt get on.

He surely should thank his lucky stars for Ron Atkinson - without him he'd have never played in the Premier League. When you look at the clubs he played at we really are an outlier in terms of size, status and quality.

I thought it was Teale's wife BFR didn't get on with.

Just bought one for brother. On the basis it is signed. He used to take the p*** out of Shaun Teale.

And he got to play alongside Paul McGrath.

Teale's wife didn't get on with the human race.
