He hasn’t operated in isolation, but ffs the cows are all coming home to roost.
Shit show.

Do cows come home to roost?

Very popular idiom round our way. We say it till the chickens come home.

I can just see your little faces, gathered at the roundabout with a bread roll in your hands. It's reassuring in these dark times.

Hitch me to the "it's maybe time to be considering his position" bandwagon too, sadly.  Moaning about not being able to spend, and then spending what you have so poorly is not a good look.

Recruitment has certainly not been the best under Monchi but they all come as a package, I think if one goes they all go.

I don't. The first choice was not Monchi but the guy from Barca who was about to come, then decided to stay at Barca, then left them a few months later and did not go anywhere else.

I think singling out 1 person when its pretty obviously a Triumvirate is somewhat futile.

If it its a triumvirate, then important to remember how Caesar reacted when he was brought the head of Pompey by the forces loyal to Ptolemy XIII.

But would Emery kick off against our Egyptian overlord, or side with him?
