Blaming Monchi for players getting injured utterly is ridiculous. Another cringe post.

You think its cringe to think monchi blowing 50m on a injury prone player? Then wasting money on old man barkely who also has issues before coming here

Good one . Looks real good value for money almost 60m for those two add garcia in thats what 72m. Fantastic  work monchi!

Let's  not forget garcia and barjley have beeninjyred all season thus far - and add that onana has yet again got injured.

This guys done a appalling job. Would happily see him sacked.

so it's his fault Onana, Garcia, Barkley are all injured? May as well throw Kamara in there too though nobody was complaining when we got him signed up to a new deal. Monchi was alright then.

Its his fault that he blew 50m on onana knowing he is injury prone as he had injury issues at everton. Then we sign garcia who cant get a game when we had a chance if getting a good right back in kayode who went on loan with a option to buy (low risk low wages) yet we gi for garcia who doesnt seem to be fancied either.

Thats what monchi  is to blame for

So you’re blaming Emery and DV too right? They act as a team. Let’s make sure the anger isn’t exclusive. Like with Heck. If people were angry at him then he as angry at NSWE. If you’re mad at Monchi that’s fine. Just be as mad at Emery as he ultimately has the biggest say at who we buy.

I'm happy for the anger to be spread between them all.

They've generally done a good job with fees we've sold players for, strengthening the first team, not such a good job.

But that's all you've done for the last 12 hours, just blame Monchi and not looked at the overall picture. You offer nothing else and yes, I still cringe at some of the stuff you post. Injuries happen to any player. It's not the fault of the man doing the deals when they happen. That really is a dim view to hold.

Yes they are a collective group. But monchi  is responsible for negotiating  the fees and do you honestly think 80m for maatsen and onana  were good value?

I mean that is a serious  waste of money. One struggles  to defend  and the other cant keep himself fit!
Not sure why you feel to defend monchi he has done a absymal job here.

But at least emery contributes something  he manages the team. He bought us europe  three seasons. Vidagamy i agree deserves criticism  too i would be happy for him to go as well.

Emery isnt responsible for the wages we give out thats MONCHI so of course he takes the blame.  You go on about cringe then throw hecks name in when the guys left the club! Now thats proper cringe post 😂

Lets debate no need for the cringe nonsense again

At the end of the day, we don't know exactly what has gone on. Restrictions on what we can do haven't helped, we may have had players acting up and pushing for a move and it could well be that Monchi and Co have made a collossall mess of things. I suspect it may be a combination of all those. Wherever the fault lies,  I just hope we bring in the players Emery needs. It's going to be a long season if we don't.

You see, this is why I cringe. I haven't even mentioned Chris Heck. If you didn't post so much nonsense so constantly, you wouldn't get confused with who you're arguing with.

Unlike you i can admit my mistake there on heck.

But then you go and do a clampy and go into some silly rant that no cares about. Now thats cringe. Anyway i will actually respond to the part thats worth discussing as the rest is just a waste of my time

Well vinnie posted a bit about ramsey dont know if you saw that but it basically says ramsey was forced out of the club- if you connect the dots with what mcginn and mings have hinted at you can see monchi is hevaily involved in this. Add the points where money has been wasted, add the fact we are actually going to pay a wage on a poorer defender than disasi in lindelof on a 2 year contract when we could have signed a young and up coming player like jaydee. Its hard to defend the terrible  job monchi is doing.

If the solution is to replace him with somebody infallible then I'd suggest the recruitment pursuit might be somewhat drawn out.

It would be cool to have a Pope as our Director of Football though.

Some Protestant guy to, I dunno, make the tea?

Yeah, but what about the fucking drums?

Monchi appears to have done well, sorry, done his job in reducing the wage bill, not sure where the responsibility lies with incomings, but he (and anyone else involved) have let Unai down.

Bringing on a sub last night whose squad number is in the eighties who no-one’s ever heard of summed it all up.

Anyone can reduce a wage bill when you totally gut a squad. How is that an achievement? He's one who built it up in the first place to 95% and now he's selling them all off. I could do that.

Lets not forget the wages he decided to gamble on asensio and rashford too. I would have rather missed out on europe completely  this season if it meant we could spend money strengthing the team.
