TBF it probably would have been anyway as I doubt the players who have got to the QFs would have been in the playing squad in a months time if not injured. And the same for PSG as well.

The speed with which some Villa fans turn to negativity never ceases to amaze me.

I'm not sure what reaction should be given to one of our players getting injured?

Two players injured from the same WC squad in the space of two matches. And talk of selling key players for peanuts and only linked with Emerson Royal with anything approaching any seriousness. Yes I can see why we can seem to be negative at the moment.

After seeing our midfield decimated last season when we were in such a strong position it is somewhat worrying.
Hope Yuri isn’t too serious.

It's fucking ace he got injured. I'm off to bottle a copper as part of some high spirits over the news.

Europa league champs and champions league team getting it wrong again.

I am sure we will have a plan re new players, in Unai we trust.
I would be surprised if injury to tielemans is to bad.

Shame for Tielemans tonight but it sounds like a hamstring so no need to panic on that one. Onana of course is problematic but it’s happened to us enough times to know we find solutions. As for the transfer talk I just ignore it as it’s mostly bollocks.
