So for the benefit of those who missed it - what was wrong with Emi?

Illness apparently. Felt unwell before the game and worse at HT so came off.

Should be OK for Tuesday.

Must have seen Olsen in training that make would anyone feel sick

Bit jammy to get a point really, they missed some good chances.

Slightly weird how leggy we looked at times, but I guess you have to credit Frank for setting his team up well and nullifying our midfield. They shackled Watkins very well, too.

Still, played crap and still didn't lose. That's fair enough.

Emery's not had a single 0-0 in all his time at both Arsenal and Villa.
Also today is his first match to gain a point from losing position, I think?

A point is probably the best we could have hoped.  Really showed how threadbare the squad is, don't think any one played particular well.  The first half an hour of the second half we were awful.

I think the Emi for Olsen at half time caused an issue - as we looked lost after that - not sure if it was all a bit mixed at half time.

We lost the midfield for the first time in ages, and we seemed to panic a bit - lacked the composer.  Need to make sure we bounce back on Tuesday.
defenders players perhaps not having much confidence in Olsen
Yeah it totally alters the way we play too - Olsens lack of command, anticipation, and fact he just kicks it long messed up our flow I think.  I have no idea why we bought him, I feel sorry for him, everytime a goal goes in he seems to lie on the floor in an "oh no, its happening again" kind of way.

I did that when the second half kicked off

A difficult game against a physical side who pressed our midfield and condensed the play when we had the ball. The triple change allowed us to keep the ball better and find a way around the midfield press to push Brentford back. I would have taken a draw last week so four points from the last two games isn't a bad return as long as we put in a better performance to win against Fulham on Tuesday. The would imagine the referee today has had better games particularly when he let the game go on despite it being obvious straightaway that Lucas Digne had a head injury.

Subs really helped, Bit more composure and we could easily have nicked it. Would have taken a point from the moment I saw Olsen warming up, never mind when looking down the barrel in the 87th minute.

Quite happy with that. It's a tough place to go, especially with losing Emi M (at which point I was expecting a defeat).

That's the type of game we normally go on to lose 2 or 3-0.

We showed today the sort of mentality that you see from the top sides. Go 1 down, make changes and then be on top for a lot of the remaining time. Force an equaliser and then not be content with that, try to win it. The players looked utterly pissed off that they didn't win it.

Loving seeing the players getting on eachother's backs and being more demanding of eachother too. Great to see little Emi being able to last a full game now, while still being all over the place and having a good game (aside for the 20 minutes of the second half that the whole side struggled in).

Take that. It’s a point gained given the performance.

I'll take that. Our worst performance for a while but still managed not to lose. That's definitely a point gained rather than two lost.
Too true.
Emi would’ve saved their goal.
Fulham are going to get thrashed.
Onwards.

Point gained.

A shame Forest couldn't hold on.

Wonder who we'll bring in as second choice keeper next season.

Get well soon Emi.

We can't go into Tuesday with that clown shoes in goal.
