The true Geordie.  He used to be funny but then he went all corporate and became shite.

Isn't that what happened to African Car Reverser as well?

Yep, went from ACR to RCA.

Squires has been fantastic recently. The one after Dyche was appointed everton manager, using a pint glass to shape his goatee, simple but fucking hilarious.

I love his stuff, I've got a couple of his books too, he's an absolute genius. My boy is not bothered with football but loves his stuff too, although I have to explain the context for him a bit.

There was a sequence of some seconds during the game when the camera was on their manager (think it was a short break in play) and he was constantly shouting about "formation ..." and "..formation" to their defending line and did look a bit stressed , very satisfying to watch from a Villa perspective I thought

Tremendous performance, as many on here have already typed, the best for decades.

Can anyone explain the mild and intermittent booing of Matt Targett when he came on in the second half? He never wanted to leave as far as I know, his going being Gerrard's idea.

Things like this annoy me. Dazzler got the same treatment from some fans despite being sold against his will by Blarney O'Bollocks.
