Fabrizio saying Emery called Harrison directly and he's agreed to join us.

Being strongly suggested that Harrison has decided to join us and not Everton

More nuisance value than Bailey, I suppose.

But has been a bit meh anytime I had the misfortune of watching Leedzzz last season.

No problem with a loan deal.

Isn’t Coutinho the obvious replacement for Buendia? signing somebody else doesn’t indicate us having much faith in him coming good.

Don't rate him, but we'll see.

I suppose it saves a bit of time by signing them injured.

Good player but isn’t he injured?

Always liked him and will bring more impact than Bailey

Does it scream panic buy if we've apparently hijacked it at the last possible minute? Does it matter?

Interestingly just looking him up and there's a story that says we were actually interested in him earlier in the window but the perceived lack of first team opportunities made him prefer Everton.

I'd rather Bowen from West Ham

A relegation clause to be allowed to leave on loan isn't a common one, can't recall hearing of these.

Don't rate him, but can't really lose on this one.

Don't really rate him. His output massively decreased since Bielsa left so not convinced he's a good fit for slower style.

Seems to have been linked with us for about 18 months and Gerrard would've been slaughtered if he'd come in under his watch.

Don't really understand the logic to this signing given he's injured and Ramsey should be fit in a few weeks (unless he's had a setback).

Surely a better plan is to sign someone for RW so we've got flexibility to move Diaby to CF or even to the left on occasions?

Let's not fall into the trap of signing squad players and elevating them to starters again just because we're getting a few injuries.

Sorry Everton fans but when Aston Villa and Unai Emery come knocking, it’s a different kind of knock.

Welcome Jack Harrison
