We've been excellent so far, completely outclassing them.

Really? They pass the ball around so comfortably. I look forward to the day we can do that on a consistent basis. They're counter attacking and getting offside at every opportunity but for the first 30 minutes I didn't think we'd turned up.

Hmmm, are you watching the right match Mark? They did fuck all and for 15 minutes we were camped in their half.

I'm watching with no commentary. I call it as I see it. I thought we were really slow to get going.

No idea how you could draw that conclusion. We were all over then, should've been 3 or 4.

I think Mark is just having a bit of a menopausal moment there.

It seems I'm the only one to have outgrown puberty.

Just can't concentrate on the game knowing that Tom Daiy or whatever his name is, has invested in The Blues. Awful news for us, we're rattled. Apparently.

I just looked on a Lazio forum’s match thread and they seem to think they’re on top

Not on the one I'm looking at they're not, they're pretty pessimistic.

Our build-up play has been sensational, I think Diaby's pace and positional sense is causing Lazio big problems and we should be further ahead.

Olsen doing an Olsen. My goodness he's crap. Not Buendia's best half either despite the nice turn and shot at the end. Watkins blowing hot and cold and Bailey not really impactful.

Edit : typo

RCF has been on the limoncello!

Who is RCF?

See, I read that as a reference to the 'Who's Dan Bardell?' riff, but it was actually a genuine question. ???

I know its just pre-seaon and that, Diaby looks like he's going to be a right player for us.

Torres best 45 minutes in a Villa shirt. looks a lot more comfortable tonight.

Are you also watching it without your glasses.

- Chambers can play as ´a proper RB, liked all what i ve seen from him there except he will struggle against a pacy winger one to one so that must not be let happen, hope he stays there instead og whoever we have at the moment to play there.
- Pau have some high level class and will get his place in front of Mings, unfair to Mings as he is one of the better CB s in the League but Pau will just edge it IMO.
- Tielemans as good as Luiz maybe, how strong we are in that position. The goal was Pau - Tielemans - Watkins - pang - goal.
- If Emery dosent take Watkins off penalty duty it will be his first flaw as a manager for us ... maybe ..
:)
- all of ours playing ok or good against decent opinion IMO except Olsen s nearly given them a goal

We look like we’ve stepped it up another notch this preseason. That midfield is especially formidable now (even on the bench!), and I’d say a match for anything in our league.

Exciting times around the corner!

I hope Risso isn't watching the same stream as me as they're playing smooth jazz waiting for the 2nd half to start :)

RCF has been on the limoncello!
And Mateus Rose is so cheap at RCF's local shop.
