Kamara thought we were playing Leicester again, good save by Emi.

The high line minus VAR is a risky set up if we are not perfect at it. Mostly we were after our issues early on.

Looked a cast iron penalty to me, Konsa slid in at the end and got nowhere near the ball.

Indeed, and if forwards can break your high line by running from inside their own half, maybe, just maybe, it's a tad TOO high?

In the premier league Konsa is off and out for 3 games.

For one, 3 for a red is down to violent conduct.

Better side. Largely controlled. Just watch the long balls.

Is that right? I'd always imagined all reds were three games (unless for 2 yellows)

but where was the foul?

Contact with the player from behind and no contact with the ball attacking player goes over, penalty. Modern football sadly.

but things like that happen over and over again and get ignored. For me he's had a penalty given purely because he went off his feet, with no attempt to determine if he actually made a foul.

Now he's given a foul against Cash for making exactly he sort of challenge Mee has been making all game with any punishment. and it led to their 2nd goal.
