Oh well, didn’t want to win the tournament anyway!!
Mind you, looked offside and really don’t think it was a penalty

Wasn't offside, he was in his own half. No idea what the penalty was given for though, if you give that as a foul then almost any contact between players can be given.
The Brentford player "earned" the penalty. Naive by Konsa. And Ollie with a heavy touch in the penalty box. Shock.

Looked a cast iron penalty to me, Konsa slid in at the end and got nowhere near the ball.

It was.

That Watkins miss is exactly why we need a top striker
Couldn't agree more.

Playing the crowd noise during the replays keeps making me think we're missing something live...

I was just thinking the same, it's really confusing.

Only been watching two minutes and putting crowd effects on the replay is very very annoying.

Konsa slid in, missed the ball, and the Brentford player fell over. It was always going to be given, and we'd expect it if it was at the other end.

Indeed, and if forwards can break your high line by running from inside their own half, maybe, just maybe, it's a tad TOO high?

In the premier league Konsa is off and out for 3 games.

Contact with the player from behind and no contact with the ball attacking player goes over, penalty. Modern football sadly.
