Maybe a mod could pin this?
They never work on a Tuesday, but an Australian based mod will pin it shortly I think.

Thats's why I'm a rocker. Can't be doing with Slack Toosdays when you are born to be wild.

Mods getting their hair cut and buying sharp suits innit.

Ref facts
Have not Won since 2019 with Rob Jones.
In fact lost the last 7 (including home to stoke in league cup)
And Villa have never won a match in the Premier League with him as official.
This season lost at home to Chelsea and away to Man City

In 11 matches Villa have only won 2  with 1 draw and lost the rest 8.  The only good omen is the 4-2 trouncing of Birmingham.
He was also ref when we lost to Peterborough at home in the fa cup when

Its been nearly 3 years since we won a match with him as ref that
March 30th 2-1 Home Win v Blackburn.

Also he has twice awarded us penalties both times in the Championship.
Both were scored. Never award any penalties against us or sent any players off.

Intrepet this as you see fit.
He's not been a good ref for us maybe that can change as it's been 3 years.

They ran Arsenal really close and beat Liverpool, they are going down fighting and this will be tough. Need to get a grip of that big git Billing in the middle and Mings and Konsa need to be on it against Solanke. 3-1, with the third coming late to settle the nerves (Watkins 2, McGinn).

This has the awful feeling of Watford at home last season about it.

I am over for this game and am meeting a college mate who is  Bournemouth fan. I am going to suggest the Sacred Heart Club for a pint which I have always found friendly enough and I think I have seen away fans in there. Where would be a good place for him to park? Is there anywhere closer than Star City? I park down beside Motorpoint but it is a bit hit and miss. He has two kids with him so needs somewhere that will defffo have a space. Appreciate any pointers here

I used to park on Albert Rd outside Mansfield School. Get there early as it does fill up
Only a 5-10 min walk to ground and you walk past the Sacred Heart

We park there , if you aren't there 2 hours before kick off though its touch and go, 15 mins later and it's full.

Some trains on the cross city line but not a great (is it ever) service, anyway a scrappy dull 2-0 to Villa and I will be happy!

10-0 to us. A mix of goals for Penrice, Rideout, Ollie, Shaw and Curcic. Staunton with a late long range zinger

The ease in which they bullied us in the season opener was embarrassing. Is that Welsh clogger injured up front? I'm a bit concerned about us here. I'm expecting the likes of Solanke will try and target Konsa physically and without the ball they will try and press our CBs hard with the ball. We did well defending set pieces in the main v WHU but need to try and avoid them where possible here.

Be patient, play through the lines and expose why these guys are down at the bottom of the table. Absolutely no way to Bailey starting. If Kamara isn't back then give Traore a go.
