Played well, almost scored 2 cracking team goals. Bailey is a disaster

A lot of encouraging signs me thinks, we look like an intelligent? team; the effects of Emery. Still mistakes or inability on individual level cost us. What a goal by Watkins.

Never a pen, but there was no need for Bailey to make any contact on the player, still we can win this one, need to use Cash more.

All he really did was turn around, I'm not sure what else he could do to avoid contact. As I said at the time, if you give that then it's basically a non-contact sport, that sort coming together never gets given as a foul anywhere else on the pitch and happens multiple times per game. Tim Howard called it out as bullshit at halftime as well.

Was it VAR checked?  This shithole's shitty scoreboard just shows f-ing ads all the while...

Fackin' Tony Gale on co-comms is winding me up, the one eyed twat

Yeah, I like him normally but horribly biased today.

In my experience he rarely has a good word for us.

Apparently so, in which case I'd love to know what they think they saw to justify sticking with it.

Gale can get fucked, he's always been against us regardless of who we're playing but it sounds like West Ham TV today.

Remember battering Blackburn 4-0 on their own turf with him whining the whole game like it was some injustice, the fucking melt

Again, any penalty box challenges where the striker has his back to goal especially in a crowded box - they don't deserve to be proper penalties. Indirect free-kick at best. This shit is ruining games.

Yes, I agree. He just let his legs fall as Bailey chased, it's a foul the other way if anything

I remember it well, also claimed that in the long term Blackburn were going places and Villa weren't. Tit.

Bowen has to be one of the best players we were linked with buying that we never bought.

On the stream I’m watching, Tim Howard and Robbie Earle both saying it’s a dive for the pen. Howard saying he can’t believe it wasn’t overturned.
