We clearly need quality additions. But getting results while in this position and not playing our best is a great trait to have. Winning feels great however we get them. Not enough of those in our recent history.

Bit cold in front of goal, but a thoroughly deserved 3pts. Now onto Leicester!

Only saw second half. Dirty win in a poor quality game. Quality free kick from Luiz for the goal. Our midfield two are as good as anything in division. CBs solid and Martinez sharp as always. Abysmal up front. Ramsey really disappointed me.

Average performance, great result, and now we can have a proper go at the European places IF the board back Unai as he deserves. That bench today was a Flinstone style DISGRACE!!!!1111

The Villa away under Emery: turn up, win, go home.

Long may it continue.

We are still short on quality up front and that needs sorting out, but the turn around since Emery came in is nothing short of amazing.  He is the real deal.

This in spades.  If we can bring in a couple over the next 10 days, we could be a very dangerous opposition. Nice and solid looking, the foundations are there.  Replace Bailey, bring in a winger, partner for Bouba, get Carlos fit. Watch us go!!

Job done. Martinez is a special player.

He is simply magnificent. The best keeper in the world today in my opinion.

Didn’t follow the game in the most part, got in the car to find out Southampton had scored, followed by, according to 5Live, much protesting from our players then it’s finally ruled out, not sure what for?
Looked at the score on my phone in the shop and Ollie had scored.
No clue how we played, whether it was deserved or not but a great 3 points and that’s, I think, 3 away league wins on the bounce. Moving on up, get in there!!

Deserved the win, controlled the vast majority of the game.

For the first time this season we can now actually look up the league with confidence.  Hallelujah!

If you look at this season some of the better teams having average seasons it’s a great chance to finish in Europe.  We have to get another forward this window.
