Thought he was really poor. Never switched on defensively and only comitted his man once. A lot of work for him to do.

I don't like to be harsh but agree, thought he was our poorest player.

Yeah I feel tight about it, but he was a bit disappointing. The socks down lad who came on had a bit more zip about him.

I liked Borland as well, very tidy.

Broggio, yes I was impressed by him in the Fleetwood game

I haven't seen much of Broggio but he has a touch of Grealish* about him, the way he likes to run with the ball.

*When Grealish was a footballer, of course.

Broggio is one of the Joe disciples, like Smith-Rowe and that kid at Southampton.

So a £25M move to Chelsea in the summer coming up?

The Guardian yesterday described him has a potential MBappe ... can't now find the article though!

I like Young from what I've seen. He might not have done a huge amount on Tuesday but it was his work that created the first goal and there were a few other times where I thought he was making good runs that weren't being picked out. I agree he left Maatsen exposed at times though and I think he needs to work out how to impose himself on the game better.

There's a lot of quality there though and I can see why Emery has had him around the first team so much.

I think he's got something about him and certainly won't write him off at this stage

There's a probably a decent range of views that lie somewhere in between "writing him off" and "thinking he's the new MBappe"! ;)

It's hard to argue with "potential". You are a potential Prime Minister. ;)
