Kamara was outstanding tonight so I’m wondering why Sky gave MoM to Bailey??

They were too busy wanking off about Gnonto for them
To be fair, he does look a serious talent.

Just imagine how good Kamara will be in 2-3 years. He’s head and shoulders our best player.

He is indeed.  A Rolls Royce in a forecourt of, err, Fords.

Oi!

Great and hard fought win.

* Bailey (on one of his good days) is such an outlet for us.
* Some amazing last ditch defending, tackles and saves. Great fighting spirit.
* Kamara. Wow. What a fantastic performance. You can’t press this guy because he just shifts the ball away either out of his feet or passing it. Always seems to be on hand to intercept. Amazing.
* Thought Leeds should have had a pen with Luiz having his hands on the bloke. Thought their keeper should have been sent off.
* Oliver let Leeds get away with murder all game. Constantly. This bloke has seemingly never got over the Sheff Utd game at VP so feels the need to constantly be a pr*ck to us.
* Top knots and more players from oversees but dirty Leeds are still dirty Leeds. Seems to escape the attention of the broadcast media.
* Ashley Young...another fantastic performance. An inspiration for sure. Working towards being player of the season.

I find it enjoyable particularly because we won. Its very clear to me to see that the players are learning to play a certain way and it is a work in progress. As players are still developing, it is also logical that the performance was mixed
I see a lot of positives in the fact that we not only played in Emery's manner, but also prevailed.
Although there is still much to be done, it is exciting to witness the possession-based game.

Emery is a genius and I love how he wants our team Aston Villa to play football

Patience will be rewarded

Great result - Kamara, Young, Emi and Bailey all excellent

Everyone else a bit shit.  Defence was ok first half - second half mings and konsa looked lost for 30 mins

I thought the new fella was very decent.
Actually yes - he did - saved a goal and could have scored.  If there is anything that’s a given it’s getting a game as a left back for villa - they rarely complete a game

It's Leeds, so no, I will not be fair.

Always great to win when we're not at our best, but that was a dreadful performance.  Better and more ruthless teams than Leeds would have turned us over.  We cannot keep trying to pass out from the back with Mings and Konsa.  They can't do it.

Are you the berk who calls our manager Pinocchio?

If not I apologise.

Incredible how Kamara was hardly mentioned but was absolutely superb again.
All Neville did was talk about the young Leeds lad.

Did they? Bizarre.

Difficult for Neville to see any of our players play from his position deep up Gnontos arse.

Young ran his arse into the ground against a 19 year old that already has 8 international caps, for most of the night he had him in his pocket.  The pass to Kamarra for the first was sublime, under pressure, one look, one touch and pass, amazing.  Bailey did well but he needs to learn when to make the pass, he is too often caught taking too long on the ball.
Kamarra is in a league of his own, his range of passing, his reading of the game, strength in the challenge....awesome...

Not a classic display, but with one or two more players we have the basis of a very decent squad.

Leeds are terrible at the back .  When we did manage to escape their press we looked dangerous.  Just need the composure /movement / players to do it
Exactly!
And that comes with match practice.

Pinocchio? Where did that come from in relation to Emery?
