I would much rather seen Cash and Dendonker in there for Ashley and McGinn. If Liverpool are playing their WC players we should for those available. This might be a long afternoon.

Come on Villa.

Looking at their starting line up next to ours, you realise what a weak squad we have.

Martinez and Cash aside we need at least 4 starting players to take over from current players. At CB along with Diego, at least one midfielder and for sure a forward. Their squad depth will really tell. I hope Emery has enough in his tactics to keep it close but with 5 subs I can see them winning this.

Young never lets us down.  Anything positive, I'll take it.  Hope Liverpool are still at sixes and sevens.

I agree with the first part but their subs bench looks pretty weak to me.

That’s because it is and their is no pace in their midfield.

Currently sitting on the 11c approaching Perry Barr, hoping to get there in time. I'll take an honourable draw, now!

I’d have been tempted to start Ings ahead of Watkins

I’d have started Mark Lillis ahead of McGinn

Olsen in goal too

I am getting a bad feeling

To be fair their bench ain’t great
