First of all the Picnic Basket cafe in Marston Green and choose the ‘Ultimate’ breakfast (one down from the challenge) is marvellous for a fry up.

Cheers for the tip, have you done the Challenge?

I want to see how this side performs now that Gerrard has gone. If we play a different system and the players start to express themselves more. McGinn dropped tomorrow apparently. I’d like to see our creative players given licence to get forward a lot more and play more centrally.

Be interesting what shape we play, don’t think JJ has been great either so it’s fair enough. JJ has talent and will kick on I’m sure.

They have all suffered from the tactical ineptitude of the former manager. The players of course have to be accountable but I don’t believe they were set up to succeed. JJ is a really good player but his attitude at Forest pissed me off. That’s not him. Having him sit isn’t the worst thing and certainly McGinn needs some time away from the spotlight. He’s been really poor for a while so this might do him some good.

I’m sure the fans will really get behind the lads from the word go tomorrow. Whether the team respond is another matter but, fingers crossed. We could really do with a win but, given the circumstances, a draw wouldn’t be a disaster.

I think we may see the fabled double pivot with luiz and nakamba maybe.

The fact this guy can see our midfield has functioned is promising - well that's the blind faith that will inspire me on by 3 hour drive there

Surely we can’t be as bad as Thursday ? Hoping for a massive response by the players but our track record against Brentford hardly inspires confidence. Draw at best.

For anyone arriving at the ground early, me and my band are playing at the Fanzone around 12.15 - any support would be greatly appreciated !

Chambers posted a pic of VP saying let's get it rocking. 3-4-3 wouldn't shock me tomorrow with Chambers in the back 3, Cash and Young wide.

I'd play Nakamba, Archer, Buendia, Chambers and Dendoncker - fuck it, why not?

That would be a really poor choice if you mean young and cash as midfielders. I hope it’s two sitting in midfield, and three behind a striker.
