Yep his rolling around on the floor like he’d been shot was particularly Bamford-esque.

I liked his interview after when he told Dublin and Ferdinand he’d been head butted to the bridge of his nose. He then pointed to the spot where there was absolutely no mark. I’m sure they were both thinking what I was and part of me hoped Dion would offer to show him what a head butt was.

Oh well, at least Luiz’s red card has been rescinded so available for Sunday

I’m just back from the game. I hear Steven has been sacked. I’ve been trawling the bars and clubs of Putney and I’m fucking blind drunk. My assessment of the game is that it was shit.

Sounds like good craic. Any stories to tell? The Half Moon is a decent spot especially when they have a gig on in the live room.

Its about time refs start giving cards to players feigning injury. I mean come on if any of us did what Mitrovic or Bamford did in matches that we play in, everyone would piss themselves and leave us on the floor for being a twat.

I trust Mitrovic will be suffering retrospective punishment for his play acting...

He would, but he's still rolling round I think. He only got back up to take the penalty.

This was going to be discussed by the Panel on Amazon after the match until he turned up for the interview.

All very cosy cosy with the big shit house

I haven’t tried the Half Moon, but it sounds good. We were in the 8 Bells before the game, and the Kings Arms afterwards, and then crossed the bridge for late bars in Putney. Bouncers wouldn’t let us in all of them - presumably they didn’t want football fans. Bumped into several groups of Villa along the street, who were all recognisable even without colours. One of the guys I was with was on an absolute mission, and kept ordering rounds of shots. Guys were falling by the wayside through the evening. We ended up in a club called le Fez, that we’ve been to after games before, albeit 10 years ago. I bailed around 2am, and Friday was painful.
