Anyone who’s played the game at any level knows that’s not a penalty.

Would he have given that against any of the Sly six? I think we all know the answer to that one.

To be fair, Buendia didn't look like he was taking any notice of Catweasle's instructions.

Mitrovic - a perenniel cheat - has struck twice in 3 or 4 minutes. Never a sending off and shouldn't have been a penalty either. Oliver is such a shit ref

2 nil down, 10 minutes left, down to ten men, and that is the moment he gives Archer a chance.

this is the text book last game before you get sacked

When the West Ham game should have been. We’ve wasted the past 2 months.

Exactly this. We've pissed away a third of a season hoping Gerrard was going to come good. It never was.

I'll take this latest abject performance provided he'd gone tomorrow.

I think it’s rather fitting that during games trying to access the match thread is more difficult that us having a shot on goal.

We’ve not had a midfield that can impose themselves on a game since we came up. Physically weak for 3 seasons and it’s not been addressed. Yes, Gerrard has to go but recruitment wise it’s been a shambles.

At least constantly trying to make a point on here has took my mind off the game. Every cloud.
