I possibly might have gone with Archer and Watkins with either one of Coutinhio or Buendia but otherwise, fairly happy with that.

Somewhat interestingly, someone that seems a nobody account but claims they often get early team new did post this half an hour before the teams were announced

I believe this is the Villa team for tonight, baring any late changes 👇

1 Emiliano Martínez
2 Matty Cash
4 Ezri Konsa
5 Tyrone Mings
18 Ashley Young
7 John Mcginn
6 Douglas Luiz
10 Emiliano Buendia
23 Philippe Coutinho
41 Jacob Ramsey
11 Ollie Watkins

Bailey out is a bonus; A. He's rubbish and B It makes him play Buendia.

Not a fat lot of attacking options if we're behind.

Glad Buendia is starting.
Midfield 3 is still the weak link for me.
Still no Guilbert on the bench

Is he injured or has his dad not let him out to play?

Supposedly a muscle issue, a minor one. So out until August knowing us.

Oooh picked my side.

That's because you know your stuff. ;) I'm happy with that line-up too.

Think this will be much tougher than people expect but hoping we can bring Cam on later in the game.

So much for all those flapping about  352

Decent line up and I hope we get to see a bit of Archer and maybe Sanson. Sanson not being bombed must be showing good attitude in training which is pleasing
