The identity of the officials is academic in the absence of any who aren’t crap.

Hopefully we are the catalyst for Leicester to change manager.

Rumour is that he wants £15m payout with the ability to take another job immediately, Leicester have offered him £10m to go. Either way, the longer it drags through the week the better for us.

Well, he's entitled to a payout, and if they're trying to prevent him carrying on his career elsewhere, that's pretty shite behaviour.

Ugh, dirty cash. I was warming to him with his recent interviews, made it feel like he loved the owners.

Would love a win, but this will be a battle.

It does boggle the mind. He won the FA Cup, which is far beyond what the real Leicester (without the dodgy as fuck league title) have a right to expect.

I'd take the job, accept the £10m and (after paying off the debt I owe, and the debt of every one of my family & friends) do more good with it via charity than any of these thundercunts.

The money in the game is obscene.

Yes fingers crossed it isn’t concluded before we play them.

The not working again immediately is standard practice.  They usually get paid over the lifetime of the remainder of their contract rather than a lump sum.  It's why you see managers disappear for quite a while after they have been punted - see also Dyche.  Sounds like he wants it all straight away and work again straight away.  Which must mean he is being lined up for Villa.  I hope not.  I have changed my mind on him.  He seems to blame everyone else but himself when things go bad.

I doubt he needs it either, apparently owns a massive property empire.

He could always resign too. During the summer when his reputation wouldn't have been impacted and enabled the club to get in a replacement. To be honest, MON leaving that time a week before the season starting left us in the shit but these I suspect are the antics he would have carried on with if he stayed.

It's not like Rodgers needs it, he's apparently got a massive property empire. Though he lost a bit when he dumped his wife for a much younger, slimmer, bottle blonde.

There isn't a single player or manager in the Premier League who "needs" more money, they're all wealthy to an obscene extent, but it's incredibly rare to find one who freely passes up a wage increase from a new contract, or a pay off when they get sacked.

No, I suppose it's pretty natural. Though if you're unhappy in your job and there's another waiting for you that you want, would you risk losing that to engineer a big pile of cash to add to your already big pile of cash?
