we'd be a better side if we had a decent centre forward

Coutinho’s goal should have stood. Massive cock up by ref and VAR.

Nothing to do with VAR.

To be honest it's not as bad as the contrived "Onside" for Rodri at their place!

If VAR can overrule a goal, can it over ride an offside decision? It should say “lack of VAR” really

Sure. If the ref doesn't blow until after it's scored, the assistant then says that it's offside, VAR checks and says that it isn't.

It's stopping play too early that caused the issue.

Happened with the Grealish foul. Can't after whistle,  which is why THEY SHOULDN'T BLOW IT EARLY

Twice since the Coutinho one they've had shots and then afterwards the linesman has flagged, why the fuck are the linesman at either end following different rules?

Something that the officials have said shouldn't happen many times since VAR came in.
