Hopefully this farce ends here and Haaland administers the Coup-De-Grace to this joke of a manager and he packs up and takes his Liverpool fuck wits with him. That raggy haired corner wanker can go too. Amateurs all around behind the scenes.

That "raggy-haired corner wanker" has taught Luiz how to score direct from a corner, twice in a week! Which is as many times as we've managed it in our history (Stan Staunton being the only example in living memory).

I wouldn't imagine that's anything to do with our much-loved roadie.

We should have scored three corners in the last three games. If we criticise him when the set pieces are shit then it doesn't seem unreasonable to award some praise when we look dangerous from them.

Lmao. You really think he's spent 2 years trying to get Dougie to finally perfect his inswinging corner shot technique? It's nothing to do with the tramp.

I refer you to cdbearsfan's answer. Slagging McPhee off in crude fashion doesn't change the fact that we've had impressive results from his "division" in the last couple of games.

I hate to say it but I think we are going to get smashed to smithereens on Saturday.  I feel a humiliation is coming our way.

I see our Magnificent 7 are here again voting that we will win. Still not sure which team they have been watching so far this season. I normally don’t write off any of our fixtures but, the way we have been playing so far this season, I’d be ok if we lose by less than 3. Not really ok but you know what I mean.

I'm debating whether to just sack this off and go to the pub. Had enough weekends ruined already.
I understand the sentiment, as how many of us actually look forward to a game like this?

Haaland to break a Premier League record with a hat-trick of consecutive hat-tricks.
 :(

I always look forward to watching our games and would never deliberately avoid one. Due to circumstances I'll be watching this one at home though, and reserve the right to spend most of the game making snarky remarks on here.

Has to be 4-2-3-1...

Martinez, Cash, Chambers, Mings, Digne
Dendonker or Tim in with Kamara.
Bailey, Coutinho either side of Luiz, McGinn, or Buendia.
Watkins up top, though I would love to see Cam start as there is no expectation of a win so pressure will be low on him.

Chance they'll be some alterations by Man City due to big focus on champions league match away on Tuesday in Spain at Sevilla.
So hoping some complacency as they have conceded 5 goals in last 3 matches and really it's 2 matches as they beat Forest yesterday 6-0.
So giving a good account and Gerrard finds the right balance I'm hopeful of a surprise win.

Coutinho always scores v Man City so he has to start.
And under Gerrard he executed the right game plan when close to winning on final day of the season 2-0 up.

I'll go a hard fought 1-0 win as it's needed.
