Probably an unpopular opinion but if defeat is inevitable then a plucky narrow defeat would not particularly help with our ˋGerrard Out´ campaign. Abject defeat, whilst unpalatable, is probably the best outcome.

My Man City contacts tell me their players are really psyched up for this and will probably win.

Can’t quite make that leap personally.
The thought of getting hammered is really appealing. Just not on the pitch.
