The undroppable McGinn keeps his place. Returns for Mings, JJ, Buendia and Bailey. No place for Ings, Luiz or Coutinho

Its Luiz for McGinn and maybe Ings for Watkins and Chambers for Konsa away from being perfect for me.

The Arsenal team that will beat us tonight is Ramsdale, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Tierney, Sambi Lokonga, Xhaka, Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus.

Agree, might even have gone with Mings/Chambers.

Chambers unlucky not to keep his place but it’s the correct front 3 for me.

I'd feel a lot more confident of going from 30% possession to 40% possession if Luiz started over McGinn. Look for more hesitation and hopeful, looping balls over the top from our Scottish jester.

I wonder if the completely superfluous third kit will bring a change of luck or be a cursed and forever associated with defeat?

I think the term rhymes with clucking bell.

No problem with the team selection as such, but just dreading the pain of these next 2 fixtures

I think this looks like a team with more energy than Sundays eleven. As for McGinn I'm not in the camp of writing him off but I really do think it would have been a good idea to take him out of the firing line for this one even if it means inventing a "tight hamstring" It it what it is though now and let's pray for a return to the arse out little bulldog that we all know and love.

And fucking watch. JJ will be stuck on the left side of midfield with no room to operate. McGinn all left foot will be on the right. We will still employ poor crossing, overlapping FB’s who will constantly exposed on the break.

Chambers should be starting. Better passer than Konsa and can step forward with the ball.
