Two up front is such a shit idea, especially when your two are Watkins and Ings. We've no pace and just aren't hurting them.

It’s amazing how he can shoehorn Watkins and Ings in
but Coutinho and Buendía is a big no no

baffling and we know what happens when managers stick to their guns in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

Watching a MUTV steam. The commentary is excruciating.

We simply don’t get enough shots on goal. We barely did against Brisbane and haven’t done anything today.

It’s a pre-season friendly and we are using it to try things. However, we are still way short in midfield and the inability to keep the ball is still obvious. Let’s hope we get another central midfielder in who can win the ball and use it.

I was genuinely so excited to load up this thread on the 23rd July and track down the first of these comments. Outstanding stuff!

I’m not against it but it depends on which 2
Watkins and Ings doesn’t work There’s zero chemistry

Our entire tactics circles around our full backs getting forward and getting in crosses. It makes it so easy for them to counter. The midfield is having zero impact.
