Looks hesitant in the same way Ramsey was last season.

Chuck not really in the game

Good to see him get a chance tonight, but I don't understand his role?

Needs a full season in the Championship, like most young players do, to develop.

Honestly can't see any CL Premier League club coming in for him.

That's how I see it too. Is he a specialist defensive midfielder?

Ramsey not in the game enough

Watkins seems to stop all our attacks.

Buendia is balletic in his footwork. Such a talented footballer.

I don't care if he is young or not,  but surely a sub 1st half is needed?

I've certainly written off our eighteen year old midfielder already. Have you all given your passwords to Sid and Wilma, FFS?

Potentially unpopular opinion.

Chukwuemeka looks out of his depth.

Same for me.  Looks lost I think.  Get the impression he's had his head turned by people badly advising him.

To be fair Carney is a nipper with little experience. But he seems to be ambling around like a Year 8 kid at the Middle school disco.

That earlier challenge on Mings should have been red.

I get the feeling (completely unsubstantiated, obvs) that this is exactly why SG has started him today. You think you’re too good fo sign a new contract?

To be fair, I feel he would be best served by replacing one of Luiz or McGinn, not playing alongside them.

Well subbing him off in the first half in a nothing game for us wouldn't do a huge amount for his confidence and development would it?
