We played well.  But the team selection was wrong.  Buendia did more in twenty minutes than Phil all game.  Thought Liverpool were bang average.

Good performance, Marvellous was just that, Chuk did well when he came on as did Buendia. Mings  needs to cut out the mistakes and stop trying to pass it, he was poor.

Not ashamed of that effort at all. I thought we were good for a point and we clearly frustrated them - credit to SG for getting it right. It's amazing to see the difference in our play once the shackles are off and we are safe. Hopefully we can build on this and play spoiler come the last match of the season.

Played really well bar a 20 min phase where they got their second. Thought we played enterprising stuff and if we can hit that level and kick on we’ll progress next year.

Liverpool had to fight hard and come back from a goal down but three points is all that matters for them. They do what they need to do.

It's over to Manchester City away at Wolves tomorrow.

Liverpool back level with City on points, but it's Pep Guardiola's side, with a game in hand, who are top via goal difference.

The sort of game we've probably all seen a million times . Decent performance but ultimately not good enough against a superior team who weren't great but still did just enough. Thought Nakamba did really well. Terrible gift of an equaliser for 1-1 and the ref was dire. But take six points from next two at home and I'll be happy. Can't fault the effort.
