Just watching SSN. Is John Fucking Moss the ref? That's us knackered before we've even kicked off then.
Yep. Apparently his first time reffing us since he changed the rules mid game against Citeh to award them a win. Prick.

He obviously wants them to win and boost the goal difference into the bargain.
I'm sure you meant this tongue in cheek?

Seems harsh on Buendia and Chambers, very surprised to see Nakamba start. Like the guy but it's a big ask for him to come back in against them.

I think our midfield has a chance to impress with Jones and Keita in for them.. also, no Robertson or Salah (until they need a sketchy penalty).

Let's get it!

Just got to VP.  Would be nice to effectively end their title hopes tonight.
Then we hand it to Man City - between the devil and the deep blue sea

I am genuinely split minded.

I want us to beat Liverpool tonight. However, I really want to see Liverpool beat Man City to the league title. Not because of Grealish but because I genuinely hate Man City more than any other football team out there.

I’d take defeat if it meant we panned Man City on the last day of the season and Liverpool won the league.

However, I do also want Villa to win tonight. A lot!

UTV.

I like the idea of Nakamba against these , but if your plannig ghat , surely a run out for the Burnley game. This is some game for your first start in 6 months.

Buendia very unlucky.

Very tough on Emi being left out, likewise with Chambers not sure how Konsa gets a start ahead of him.

That would mean potentially giving them and ratface a "guard of honour" on the last day.

Fuck.  That.

Even if they've wrapped it up by then I'd tell them to stick their guard of honour, it's an absolutely ridiculous concept.

With the exception of Buendia, I like this line up. Let’s see. Great to see Marv back in the side too. I’m also sick of people implying the Gerrard wants them to win. It’s disgraceful and so disrespectful

Salah missing yes, but they've still got a top front three starting, reckon Diaz has been superb.

"A lot of Villa fans will probably have Liverpool as their second team" - Jonathan Woodgate on the BBC

Clueless idiot.

Who even has second teams? Ffs!  Especially if they play in the same league.
