Chambers off for Carney

Can't see why we keep giving him minutes. If he doesn't want to stay he can do one. Not been that impressed with him either.

Well if we bomb squad him he’s definitely going. I think we’ve sent a message given how little we’ve seen of him recently

Formation worked a treat today, swarming all over Burnley in every area. We'd win the league if every team played 4-4-2 against us on today's evidence!

Really should've tried out Chambers as DM way earlier as balance to midfield so much better.

Carney's barely featured since Jan.

Not sure what the latest is but he still has a couple of years left. Guess we'll make a final decision in the summer.

He's a good ball carrier so will be frustrating if he thinks he's got better chance in Bundesliga.

Nice to see stuff like this about us on BBC live comments:

Burnley 0-3 Aston Villa

Michael Brown
Former Manchester City midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live
It has gone a bit flat. Burnley can't get any momentum, Villa are delaying it. The fans are leaving here with disappointment as you can understand.

Burnley have done remarkable these last few weeks; the fight is there, they've got to keep believing. Villa have been excellent, they look like the could score more at any moment.
