Could have been a different story if we took our chances.
Said SG.

Yes. They have quality where it counts. We don’t

Last couple of goals have been embarrassing. Kane heads on a ball at the half way line! and Son scoots free unopposed to score. Konsa beaten on the sideline and another easy goal. 0-4 is incredibly harsh on the balance of clear chances created but our defensive shape is a shambles. Digne is absolutely useless too.

I suspect it’s the end of Konsa and Mings

Can't wait to hear him do his "really angry" routine in the post match interviews, like it's nothing to do with him.

I also can’t for his “ we’ll make changes”

Then pick same starting 11

This is the thing I just can't understand.

He'll talk harshly of the failure of players who make the same mistake over and over - and then pick them all again the next week.

Martinez, Coutinho, Ramsey, Cash, Digne - keep.  The rest of them can go. Sack of shit, get as much money as we can for them and rebuild. It's the hope that kills you.  Roll on the summer and get this shit sorted.

But they were a decent partnership last season. Laurel and Hardy under Gerrard. Konsa bullied by Kane today.

I think it was Risso who used the word ‘floundering’ to describe SGs performance.

Embarrassing.

Another humiliating defeat.

Considering we could have been 4 or 5-1 up at half time I don't think so unless you're talking about our pathetic strikers.
Today we've suffered from a masterclass from Spurs' front three. Mings and Konsa just haven't been able to cope with Kulusevski, Kane and Son.

Gerrard will get his signings this summer but he had better hit the ground running with them because this is fucking rubbish.

Think that’s the worry for me, we’ll spend big, be just as inconsistent, he’ll get the boot and we’ll do it again with someone else. There’s no coaching that can mitigate for Ings misses but it makes me wonder what they fucking do all week.

Does Digne have any fight in him? More of a mouse than Targett in his first season with us before he became aggressive.

If we cannot convert chances the the best we can hope for is 0-0. As it is we cannot convert or defend so that leaves on a hiding to nothing.
we had plenty of chances in the first half to put it beyond them. So frustrating to watch a team who can perform but not finish. Like a firework that combusts but just implodes on itself.
