Let's just win, any kind of win and grind these horrible fuckers into the relegation mess.
That suits me fine.

Lepers are a bit dirty in the tackle. Keep leaving their foot in.

Missing my first and hopefully only game of the season. Work commitments early tomorrow morning have scuppered me. I hate watching Villa on TV but Amazon Prime it is. Hopefully build on the last two performances and results. Konsa and Digne straight back in after a rest. Keep Leeds quiet for 10 mins and gradually build into the game. Maybe Bailey or Traore off the bench to win it for Villa.

Bamford was back in the squad last week, but didn't play. I wouldn't expect him to start tonight, or if he does, not to play the whole match.

Ah Leeds again. Perennial wankers.

My first ever match was Leeds United at home. Have a memory of Stan about to be sent off as one of their neanderthals clattered into him and the bent referee didn't even flinch until he got in his face to ask where the booking was. Remember the carthorse Deane upfront for them.

I remember them getting knocked out of Europe and at the post match interview Wilkinson was like onto Ipswich in Saturday! - they lost 4-2 - ha! Even remember the score. One of those weird obscure things you remember for no apparent reason yet I cant remember my younger sister's birthday - still don't know if its the 8th or 9th Nov for sure.

Other memories:

The 3-0 Cup final win and they had Tony Yeboah upfront and he didn't get a kick.

Getting home late from my Gran's on a Sunday afternoon , went onto teletext to check the Villa v Leeds score only to be confronted with a 10 second clip of Townsend breaking free from midfield to slot home the 1-0 winner !

Taking the whole Remy clan for their first game together and losing 3-2 thanks to dopey Elmo.

Clueless being in charge of them and the wankfest in the national tabloids was never-ending. Never ceased to remind everyone how he got them to the quarter or semi finals of the CL.

Something about their chairman being a complete doughnut over the clubs finances - the Anti-Doug and pissed away millions.

My Dad telling me how these knuckledraggers met their midland counterparts and destroyed most of the town centre in the mid eighties.

Their laughable time in the 3rd division.

Poor sportsmanship on their 1st goal at Elland road but fair play, Beilsa told them to give us a goal back.

I am going for a comfortable 2-0 win. Ollie and Danny.

Currently waiting for my mate at Piccadilly would be rude not to take in some ale trail pubs on the trip over the Pennines. Stalybridge here we come…..

A Leeds fans pole revealed only 20% thought it was the right decision to sack Bielsa, which is amazing. I reckon Leeds fans are gonna expect results soon from Marsch, otherwise they will be on his back. Going for a Villa win, but having said that wouldn't be surprised, if Bamford came off the bench to score the winner.

We seem to have a largely piss poor record against Leeds. Tonights where we can put that right. At some point we need to start flicking our bogies. Or wiping on the wall...you know what I mean.

I watched Jesse Marsch's press conference earlier. He's certainly different.

Very unlikely that we’ll win three on the bounce albeit Dirty Leeds not playing well - so 1-1 draw for me.

I feel bad for the little fella who translated for Bielsa. Wtf will he do now?
