Let them have all the ball and smashed them
On the break. Defence was superb and no idea how someone gave mings a 6, aside the mistske early on he was faultless and cleared another one off the line. Ollie was back to his best, non stop running. Coutinho is just different class.

Where did you park?  It might be a good idea to let others know so that the area can be avoided.  I know they'll find you again but it should take them a bit of time.  As already suggested, tell the police.

Somewhere along Vicarage Road. They're always there.

I do enjoy opposition forums at times

"I think they have a better keeper and Coutinho is very good and that's basically it. Konsa probably beats out our second cb too. Salisu, our fullbacks, our midfield, and Broja are miles better than what they are working with imo. Stuart Armstrong immediately improves that side and Adams is comfortably outscoring every player they have.

Combined 11 for me is

Martinez

Tino Salisu Konsa Kwp

Jwp romeu

Coutinho Armstrong

Broja Adams"
One thing which has often struck me about Adams whenever I see him play, is that if he could actually finish he'd be getting 15-20 a season, but he can't. He's got a 1 in 3 ratio this season. If he scrapes double figures, he seems the kind of player to me who'll never do it again. Not a chance in hell he'd match what Ollie did last season and I'd be confident Ollie will enjoy a better run-in this season. Soton fans seem to have forgotten Ings' goal scoring knack too, as that's quite a confident prediction that Adams will comfortably outscore him.

Great day out at Villa Park. Still on the way home....

Martinez 7, Cash 9, Chambers 7, Mings 6, Young 7, Luiz 7, McGinn 6, Ramsey 6, Coutinho 8, Ings 8, Watkins 7. Sanson 7, Bailey 4, Buendia 7
Glad you enjoyed the day.

Agree with most of your scores, except incredibly harsh on Mings, he was excellent today on the whole. Also thought Watkins was more than a 7.

Thats the best game Dougie has had in months.

Takes a bit of getting used to hitting teams on the break at home and essentially letting them have lots of the ball, takes patience from us fans, but it worked well today and well worth the big win today. Coutinhio is just sheer class.

Yes we had several really good chances, though not necessarily from dominant possession.

I hope that it's another step to show that Ings and Watkins can play together; I never really saw why they 'couldn't'.

Chambers and Young acquitted themselves well today, but Coutinho was really good today, despite the miss at 2-0.

Doug is a quality player, who has been going through a sticky patch, much like Ollie. Good to see him back on track.

It felt odd walking out after a 4-0 win a tad bit disapointed. Disappointed that we didn't score more. That could have easily been 7. It's about time we did that to someone and it was great.

Good result but as to the Ings Ollie combo working one swallow doesn’t make a summer.

Can not complain with a 4-0 scoreline
As a big critic , let me say Luiz had a good day today as did many others.
Enjoyed Ash, lots of AArgg before game but played well and ever professional
They have been on a good run and it showed, played well in first 20 m0ns and also trying to pull something back in second half
.
But we were too good

That front 3 worked well. Our formation was more of a 4-1-2-1-2 today I thought. We are definitely better keeping the full backs closer to home.

Luiz did ok just in front of the centre backs I thought, McGinn just isn't playing himself into form and I'd have Sanson in ahead of him, he looked good in his cameo.

And I wouldn't agree about Young, I thought he was ok but it was frustrating him not being able to cross with his left foot.

Good day out.

Positives

Very comfortable win that flattered Southampton. The chances we missed we gilt edged, it really ought to have been 6. I'm glad that we were ruthless though and stuck a score on somebody.

Felt the front 3 worked really well, Coutinho is sublime when he's at it, just next level in his class.

We totally out worked them and kept a brilliant shape throughout to nulify them entirely. In both boxes we were miles apart in quality.

When we quicken our play, we're pretty devastating and sliced through Southampton at will.

We limited them to nowt, much like the Brighton game.

Negatives

Felt Ramsey was woeful today, way off the pace. The entire midfield was poor with ball retention. Perhaps not helped by Chambers, who while very solid defensively and going full Merson with that pass for the 2nd, he lacks Konsa's comfort in stepping out into midfield and his good range of passing. More safety and percentage balls as a result.

Equally the absence of Digne and his pace made us a little lopsided. I also think Luiz fails to close quick enough and commit to the press.

Shame we declared on 55 minutes as the score could have been anything. Really happy with the win though and performance. Excellent off the ball and we look horrible to play against in these last two games, as we'll out work and out muscle you.

Interesting. I guess playing regularly for your country or being in the squad must not be a barometer of anything.

Coutinho is a little genius, I've lost count how many times he nutmegs a player even did it for the goal.

He could nutmeg a mermaid.
Ha ha brilliant
